Organization Background
Corcoran Neighborhood Organization (CNO) is a place-based nonprofit that has consistently, creatively, and proudly sought to serve the community since 1975.
Currently, the organization strives to animate its mission through community-centered programs, equity-focused collaborations, and helping to share relevant information about local events, resources, and programs that can add to the overall health and wellbeing of everyone and everything in our neighborhood.
CNO is one of a dozen neighborhood organizations that support community vibrancy and civic engagement in South Minneapolis. Its neighborhood boundaries are East Lake Street to the north, East 36th Street to the South, Hiawatha Avenue to the east, and Cedar Avenue to the west.
